Dr. Pears has been a speech therapist in the Mobile County School System for 14 years. She has served students Pre-K through 12th grade in various schools throughout MCPSS. Her clinical experience includes treating individuals across the lifespan with speech and language disorders as a school-based speech-language pathologist and private practice clinician.
